BEHAVIOURAL ASSESSMENT

All dogs enrolling with K99 are required to complete an assessment before any bookings proceed. Behavioural Assessments include a detailed analysis of your dogs behaviour, home life and nutrition. Followed by a diagnosis and foundation training session. Your suggested training programme will then be recommended based on your result's. If you are lucky enough to own a dog that passes all behaviour expectations - your dog will be fast tracked with freedom to book all services without a Training Programme. Assessments can be done in real life situations, in a place of your choosing. Or, on our own premises. Once your Assessment is complete, we will offer a personalized training plan to fit your pet’s needs and your lifestyle.

BOARDING

Boarding is one of our most popular services. We work closely with each of our clients and their dogs, with a maximum of 3 dogs boarding at a time and access to more than 25 acres of private land; we always provide our dogs with sufficient exercise, allocated play time, training and sofa cuddles. All boarding dogs participate in Day Schools during their stay. For more difficult dogs we are able to offer a more niche service with their own room and space until they can be integrated, which usually doesn't take long. We also have private kennel space for working / aggressive dogs that are hard to handle. During your dogs stay, we post live updates throughout the day on our social media, so you always know what your dog is up to.

K99 is a safe haven which offers owners the chance to leave their dogs in safe hands whilst they work or go out for the day. Different to other Day Care Environments, we offer long distance Pack Walks on private land with regular exposure to different animals and noises. As well as having a private training field with access to agility equipment. and allocated play time. Our day care offers specialist training in different locations during the day to combat any issues you may be having, alongside rest time in a cosy set up to ensure your dog has time to decompress and not become overstimulated. All of our walks and training are done in real life situations, therefore ensuring natural stimulation and training that will make a difference.

DAY CARE / DAY SCHOOL

RESIDENTIAL TRAINING

Our option of Residential training is great for dogs suffering with more severe behavioural problems or owners that suffer conflict / relationship breakdown with their dogs. It's also great to kick start the foundations for young or adolescent dogs, preventing future behaviour breakdowns occurring. We understand that sometimes, training both a dog and owner simultaneously can be difficult for both parties. So, we break down the journey by inviting client dogs to live in home with us. This allows us time with our clients pets to teach and proof a variety of behaviours. Whilst our clients dogs stay with us, we also invite owners to learn handling and techniques from our stooges. All Residential training includes a Half Day Handover.

121 TRAINING

121 Training incudes an ongoing assessment of your dogs behaviours whilst working closely with you to teach new skills in encouraging new behaviours, repair any relationship problems, or modify any unwanted habits,For puppies, we offer a 121 course with one of our adult stooge dogs to encourage confidence during environmental training as well as manners and appropriate play. Our 121 sessions are also beneficial to clients looking to learn how to provide breed specific outlets for their pets.
